What is permanent jewelry?
Permanent jewelry is custom-fit jewelry that is welded closed instead of secured with a traditional clasp. The process is quick, and your jewelry can be removed if needed.
Does getting permanent jewelry hurt?
No. The weld joins the ends of the chain; it is not performed on your skin. We use a protective barrier during the process.
Do you only offer bracelets?
Not at all! We offer bracelets, anklets, necklaces, rings, hand chains and waist chains, with a variety of chain styles to choose from.
How much does permanent jewelry cost?
Prices vary by collection and jewelry type. Classic bracelets start at $60, anklets at $75, rings at $35, and hand chains at $125. Our Signature, Luxe, and Legacy collections offer additional options. Charms start at $25 and engraved charms at $35. See our full pricing guide above.
What if my permanent jewelry breaks or needs to be removed?
You can book a reweld appointment. Rewelds for jewelry purchased from Pittsburgh Permanent Jewelry by LGL are complimentary; rewelds for other vendors’ jewelry are $25. If your piece needs replacement material or other work, we’ll discuss that with you first.
Can you reweld jewelry from another permanent jewelry business?
Yes! We offer $25 reweld appointments for jewelry from other providers, subject to the jewelry being suitable for rewelding.
Can I shower or swim with permanent jewelry?
Care depends on the chain material and finish. We’ll explain how to care for your selected chain at your appointment. Rinsing after exposure to chlorine, salt or lotions and drying gently can help keep jewelry looking its best.
Can I book a private party?
Yes! We offer private group experiences for birthdays, bridal celebrations, girls’ nights and more. Contact us about your group size, preferred date and location so we can discuss arrangements.

Our studio is inside Project Angels Boutique in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. Please check your booking confirmation for details. We also attend select events around greater Pittsburgh.
